The roadmaps, monitoring and privacy people already rely on in ClearCiviQ are coming to the teams who do this work every day: expediters, property managers, law firms, employers, legal aid offices and reentry programs.

A preview of the ClearCiviQ for Business console: every location's next step and progress, renewals coming due, and what teammates did recently. Planned design, may change before launch.
From the DMV and business licensing to family court and record relief.
Across every location, client and case, before anything lapses.
Client files are encrypted on the device, the same as every ClearCiviQ vault.
All thirteen areas ClearCiviQ supports work the same way for a team as they do for one person.
For them the work never stops, and a missed step costs revenue, a client's case, or a family's housing.
Client documents are encrypted on the device the same way every ClearCiviQ vault is, so ClearCiviQ cannot read them. A person's own ClearCiviQ account always stays separate from any work account, and an employer can never reach it.
A caseworker can build a roadmap and hand it to a client. If the client wants their caseworker to follow along, they choose which roadmap to share, and the organization sees its progress: which steps are done and which deadlines are coming. Documents and everything else in the client's vault stay private. The client can stop sharing at any time, and nothing is shared unless they turn it on.
Every plan runs on ClearCiviQ's AI by default. Larger customers can instead run roadmaps through an account they already hold with Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, under agreements they already have. This works only with AI models ClearCiviQ has tested and approved for roadmap accuracy. Other models cannot be connected, and every roadmap is held to the same accuracy standard wherever it runs.
Business and Enterprise plans include two personal accounts per person: one for the employee and one they can give their spouse, each with two roadmaps a month. The company pays for them but can never see inside them.
ClearCiviQ for Business and ClearCiviQ for Organizations are almost here. Follow along and be there on launch day.
